Sustainable Mixed-use Projects are complex undertakings. This session will seek to explore the following questions:

1. How do you introduce the project’s vision to the city?
2. What expectations can be established for multi-departmental coordination?
3. How can you anticipate and prepare for cross-departmental conflicts?
4. What are the considerations regarding informal v. formal coordination with the planning commission and zoning commission?
5. How do you coordinate with other key institutional stakeholders such as VIA and TxDOT?
